Who We Are
Mr. Samandarov began his career at a real estate family office, where he spearheaded acquisitions and managed deal flow. By 2016, he founded his own real estate development firm, successfully overseeing the development of more than 100 properties with construction budget management exceeding $100 million. Throughout his career, Mr. Samandarov has facilitated over $500 million in real estate debt and equity transactions, demonstrating a proven ability to structure and execute complex investment strategies.
Who We Are
Mr. Samandarov co-founded Blue Gate Capital after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston University and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He leads the organization with a strong foundation in financial and real estate analysis, applying his expertise to strategic decision-making and portfolio management. Mr.Samandarov also plays a key role in overseeing the firm’s credit and operations teams, ensuring disciplined execution and sustainable growth.
